For All Emergencies:
If you live in Colbert County and your loved one has Autism, please take the time to scan the QR code or click the link to fill out the Autism Awareness Form. This form will be used to help First Responders better communicate with the individual with Autism.
Once the form is completed it will automatically be uploaded to a database and the Colbert County 9-1-1 Center will flag the individuals address.
Should the person with Autism dial 9-1-1 for assistance or emergency, the information form and photo of the individual will be shown to the dispatcher who can then offer critical information to responders.
